9 miles as the sun was coming up. Still some decent feeling air in the morning these days. Not much longer.

8 easy miles. I actually saw other human beings out this morning. Boy Scouts moving things from a house was an interesting 3 am sighting.

8 miles including strides: Decided to sleep in this morning which meant if I was going to run it was going to be on my way home. Since it was 108 degrees I was going to be happy with four miles. Fortunately I felt good enough to get eight miles and some strides in. I really didn't think I could make it that far so I was really happy to get this one in. It's super dry here right now or esle this wouldn't be possible for me.

10 miles with 10 x 1 min on/jog around 5:15 avg.

10 miles with some random attempted workouts. Started a slower 5 mile tempo with a sluggish 6:11 and called it off. After a 1/2 mile of jogging I decided to do something faster so I ran a 5:21 mile and that was enough so I finished with some easy running.

Ran some trails in Pine, Arizona. They were pretty hard. I average 9:30 pace or so for about 45 minutes of running.
