| | 5 miles outside. Brutal conditions with a mid 60's dewpoint. Happy to be done today.

| | 8 miles around the neighborhood and adjacent farm land followed by a crossfit class followed by a spin class. I saw a 5:50 mile today which I haven't seen for a couple months. I definitely earned my date night beers with the morning workouts.

| | 8 humid miles around the neighborhood and farms again. My hamstrings and glutes are trashed from one of the workouts I did yesterday.

| | 45 minutes on the canal. Calling it 6.5 but really I have no idea.

| | 50 minutes on the treadmill all at 1.0 incline. 10 minutes warm up then 6 x 4 min at around 6:05 pace avg with 2 min jogging at 7:30 pace between each one. Sad to say but this was pretty hard. I was completely saturated from head to toe.

| | 6 miles in 45 minutes early then a crossfit class. 6 minutes straight of burpees is hard. Kids' first day of school today so I took the day off and my workouts in early.

| | 5 miles outside. Ended the run with a great deal of pain in my glute/lower back. It's been coming on for a couple days but now I can hardly walk. I tried the eliptical after but I can't do that. I think the bike will be okay.

| | My injury is getting better. Very little pain today after 10 yesterday.

| | 5 miles on the treadmill followed by a PR for the 2000 meter row then a spin class with my wife, sister, and brother in law. Fun afternoon exercising at the gym.
