| | 4+ miles in the heat of the day then my first time trying Crossfit. I am weak and it was hard.

| | 4.6 miles in the heat on the way home and I added a spin class with my wife a little later.

| | Some hot miles on the canal and a class called Insanity at the gym later. It was pretty hard. I'm quickly learning that being a runner doesn't mean you'll be good at other fitness activites.

| | Just a guess on the mileage. I ran for 46+ minutes. It was really hot and I probably shouldn't go longer than this when it's 108 out.

| | 5 miles on the treadmill before another grueling crossfit workout. Wow those are hard.

| | 8 miles with a few harder at the end. Last one was 6:02 which is my top end these days. I'm still extremely sore from crossfit.

| | 45 minutes on the treadmill with 10 x 2 min on/1 min off about 6:10 pace for the "on" and 7:30 pace for the "off". 1.0 incline the whole way. Spin class later in the evening.

| | No running today. Just a Crossfit workout. Decent amount of rowing and a ton of squats. My hip flexors are insanely tight and I struggle to even get into a squat postion with no weight.
