10 + Miles around the neighborhood. I started easy and picked it up gradually to a moderated pace. I ended up averaging about 6:50 pace for the whole run and felt pretty good.

Thanks Ronnie. Just a transition week this week with about 50 miles. I'll probably do some workouts next week. I'm running the half in Duluth in about 7 weeks so I kind of need to get back at it and be careful at the same time.
