AM: 12 miles with an AT Wave workout/tempo. Warmed up a little over four miles with some drills and strides then did 8 x 1k w/a 200 float. Averaged about 3:33 for the k and 48-50 for the 200. When it was done I had run 6.02 miles in 35:07 so about 5:50 pace. Pretty much a tempo run. I cooled down a couple miles to finish the run. Felt okay but not great. The quicker 200 float kind of made this one harder than I thought it was going to be.

PM: 4 miles easy at Freestone Park. Last one of the cycle!

Great work, you haven't missed a step at all. What is your race plan for Boston?

Thanks Ronnie. I have a simulator this weekend with 16 miles of marathon pace so that will help me decide on a race pace. I'm thinking 2:32ish. I will be conservative first half regardless.
