13.1 miles w/ 8 x 1 mile on the road with 1 min jogs. Usual warm up loop with drills and strides then the workout. Splits were 5:33, 5:35, 5:33, 5:34, 5:34, 5:36, 5:34, 5:27 (kicked it on the last 1/2 mile. Target was 5:40. Didn't feel especially great today but was able to keep these pretty quick without going to the well with the exception of the last one. Pretty happy with this one. Cooled down 1.5. 

PM: 5 miles at Freestone park on the way home. Almost didn't get off the freeway to do this but glad I did.

Awesome run! Great pace on the intervals, that is cruising especially for an early morning run.

I might run Mountain to Fountain..are you anywhere close to Fountain Hills?

Thanks Jeff. I am biased because my friends out the race on but I think Mountain to Fountain is one of the best races I've done. Well organized, very competitive, and an awesome post race party in a great setting. I am about 35 min from FH but I've been running there every other week for hill work. Yiu should be able to get a comped entry. Weather won't be too bad either.
