7.5 miles after work. Opted to sleep in and run after work. My wife is injured again and we've been having conversations about a life without serious running. Running is great but when we are serious it affects other important parts of our lives. Not sure what I'm going to do.

10.6 miles with 6 x 1 mile repeats: I went out this morning without a plan. Running easy sounded really boring so I decided to a mile repeat workout at a slower pace with 1 min jog rests. I wasn't sure how fast or how many I was going to do. I didn't look at my watch at all on the first one and I hit 5:35 feeling pretty easy. After that I felt pretty motivated to have a good workout. Splits were 5:35, 5:32, 5:30, 5:30, 5:27, 5:19. Pretty good workout after a tough week mentally.
