Warmed up 2.85 with drills and strides then did 6 x 1 mile with 3 min jogs. It was really windy this morning which helped make this a tough workout. Goal was to start at 5:25 and get about 5 seconds faster with each one. Splits were 5:22, 5:16, 5:13, 5:11, 5:07, 5:06. I was beat at the end of this one. I'm happy with this one given the proximity to the half marathon and windy conditions.

Well, you nailed that one. Way to get after it right after the half... And congrats on the PR! You ran a strong race and even had it in you to kick. Great work.
