Managed 4.2 miles this morning. Basically forced myself to get up and get a few miles in before work. After a late night at the dealership buying our hip new mini-van and a very early morning of work I had to get up in the middle of the night to run. It' wasn't fun but I still didn't regret it. My main motivation is too not get all the way out of shape so four miles is the new medium long run. My goal for the weekend is to manage an 8 mile run. |
