AM: 10 miles easy. Legs felt pretty good considering the workout yesterday. PM: 4 miles easy + 6 x 10 second hill sprints. When I was doing the hill sprints there was a guy doing the same exact thing as me and he was just blasting up the hill with really good form like a sprinter. It just didn't look like a normal guy to me. He was only about 5 ft 6 but he was built like a fire hydrant. Before my last one I told him good job and that he looked really strong doing the hill sprints. We got to talking and he was Larod Stephens-Howling from the Cardinals (NFL). He was a good return guy and fill in running back when guys were injured. He was a really nice guy and is a free agent right now. I thought it was pretty cool to see an NFL guy out there doing hill sprints. |
