AM: 10.6 miles with 5 x 2k w/90 second jogs. I was thinking 7:20 but I ended up quite a bit faster. Splits were 7:00, 7:09, 7:08, 7:05, 7:02. I didn't look at my watch so those were all off feel and a little inconsistent. Pretty happy with this workout.
