Total Distance
9.50

9.5 Miles with 8 x 1/2 mile repeats on the road. Splits were 2:43, 2:41, 2:45, 2:42, 2:44, 2:41, 2:44, 2:41 all with 2 min slow jogs. This was a little faster than I thought I would be able to go. I was thinking 5:30-5:35 pace so I'm pleasantly surprised. I have a long way to go but I'm already feeling way better than two weeks ago. Warm up 2.75 cooldown 1 mile +.

You are coming along nicely. I'm guessing you have a plan for this buildup... stick to it and don't get too far ahead of yourself. With the amount of time between now and Boston, you're going to be able to get REALLY fit!

Great reminder Jake. Thanks. If anything I am a bit anxious to get back in shape quickly and with lower mileage I am always feeling fresh. It's an easy time to make mistakes so I appreciate the long term view.
