8 miles with 3 x 1 mile repeats with 2:55 jogs between. Not a huge workout but faster for me. Splits were 5:07, 5:06, 5:05. It was hard but I'm confident I could have done another one at that pace. I'm happy with this one. I haven't done miles this fast for a while. I hope to be able to run this pace at the Carlsbad 5000 on April 7. |
