8 miles this morning: A different route so I took the watch for the first time this week. My week off of running didn't turn out that way. I felt motivated to run so that I could eat any dessert I wanted and drink a couple of beers every night. I don't feel like running hard but I definitely want to run. I ran the last mile today in 5:41 for no good reason at all. I can't believe I ran much faster than that for 13 miles a week ago. |
