6 miles easy + 6 x 100ish strides. I was out at 3 am and it was 90 degrees. The next couple months will have a lot of these really hot mornings. It should help with some mental toughness. I wrote my self a schedule for the next month so hopefully I will follow it and back to more consistent and meaningful running. I managed to gain 10 pounds in the last month so it's time. |
