Rest/off days are the best. I do it 2 times a week :) Probably too much rest/off days but its the only way to keep me going. How is Alison doing?

Hi Angie,
She's hurt with what she thinks is a nerve issue. She is going to a doc next week. She had an MRI come up negative and time off/strength exercises haven't helped. At this point she is just hoping to run pain free someday.
