6.4 Miles: Recovery day: Forecast called for rain so I had my rain layer laid out. When I got outside it was nice and not raining so I shed that layer. 1 mile in it started pouring. I'm not going to lie I wanted to go in because I was soaked, it was 3 am, and I had tired legs. I had about 10 minutes of miserable stuff and then it got better. I'm glad I stuck it out. Tacked on some strides at the end.

Impressive job with the 3am thing! You have an impressive set of PR's. Great job! I look forward to tracking your progress.

What's your "rain layer"? A hat? :-)

Thanks Matt! Jake, that's funny. I have a Nike pullover that deflects water somewhat. I've used it 3 times since moving back to AZ from Utah (10 years). The weather gear section of the wardrobe is very limited.
