10 miles: I warmed up 2.85 miles with some drills and strides then did 8 x 800 with 2 min jog recoveries between each one. My splits were 2:37,37,38,38,38,38,38,36. I'm pretty happy with this one as I haven't run under 5:20 much lately. Also, it's tough running period here right now so I feel good to get a workout like this under my belt. I feel like I've made some progress the last couple of weeks.

Thanks Riley. Nice 5k the other day. I'm looking forward to seeing how the race goes for you guys. Should be a super quick time. At least you got that downhill half in a couple of weeks ago. That should help you tomorrow. Good luck!
