12 miles w/ 5 mile warmup then some strides and drills. After that I did 4 x 1 mile in 5:27, 5:27 5:27, 5:23 w/ 1 min jogs between. Felt pretty good. These weren't easy but I felt in control and that was the effort I was looking for. Cooled down until I hit 12 miles. Basically all of my tough workouts are done now. I'll do some slower intervals Tuesday and that is pretty much it. |
