1:11:40 for a 45 second PR today. Ran with a nice pack for much of the race and competed well. Great crowds, great weather, and a good course. Ended on the track at Hayward Field which was awesome.

Great job, Derek ... I wish I would have seen you at the race ... I would have talked to if I had seen your singlet (even if I hadn't "known" you from FRB) - it is very cool. I also am jealous that you were able to enjoy finishing on the Hayward track ... I was sort of too out-of-it to have been able to savor the moment appropriately :-)
