Did my first track workout since the marathon. It was just a light workout but it was nice to get out there and run faster even though it felt a little funny. I can't wait to be back in shape. I did 3 x 1 mile w/3 min jogs in 5:23, 5:23, 5:18. It was hard enough but I could have done more. Good starting point. I was happy with it. |
