Ran 8 easy + strides then went to watch my sister PR in the half. Very proud of her. Watching a race is very inspiring. Lots if good results from CIM. Great day for running friends. Now it's my turn next week!

Not running CIM was the right call for you both. Allison will get a chance to heal up (the marathon might have put her over the edge if her foot was causing her to limp), and you're gonna kill it next weekend.
I'm not sad that I missed it! :-)
