Long Run 20.05 mi 02:22 07:04 pace My main goal was just to get time on my feet and not push at all. I accomplished my goal but it was still tiring. It was another warm and muggy morning which didn't help. The good news is that my legs felt good and I generally felt strong throughout with the exception of a few rough patches.
