5.75 Miles @ 7:13 pace.  Felt good today.  I felt like a runner again (just a heavier one).  Legs felt completely light and bouncy for the first time since marathon.  We've really been enjoying the Olympic Trials.  It will be interesting to see if they end up letting Allyson Felix in.  I'm not sure how it works with a tie but I do know that Felix is one of the most popular athletes and NBC pays a ton for the coverage.  I hope nothing weird happens behind the scenes that causes the other woman to miss out.
