4.1 miles @ 7:16 pace.  My body now feels about 95% recovered from the marathon.  In a perfect world today would have been the first day I would have run but like most runners I am crazy and couldn't hold out that long.  I was inspired last night by the 10k races at the Olympic Trials.  Amy Hastings (ASU alum) and Dathan Ritzenhein both qualified for the Olympic team after both finishing fourth at the marathon trials in January.  It was cool to watch.

those races were awesome last night - very inspiring to see Ritz and Amy run so well.

Rupp is a monster. Serious medal threat in London.

I loved how the men went after it (had to). That's rare in a championship style race. Rupp looked great. To shift gears so easily off of a strong pace was impressive. It will be awesome to see him mix it up with the east Africans. He just beat Bekele but Bekele seems to be sharpening by the week. I can't wait for the Olympics!
