20 minutes on the eliptical. First exercise since Sunday. Seems like its been forever. I meant to take a break after the marathon but I didn't thinik I'd feel so fat and out of shape so quick. I might do a short in the running but I won't be doing any workouts for atleast another week and a half. We did a bunch of blogs on our trip to Duluth that people can see here. I'm excited to start watching the Olympic Trials tomorrow! |
