10 easy miles this morning.  Averaged 7:15 pace.  Didn't push at all but I could have gone slower.  My legs were as tired and sore as they have been in a while from the 800s.  I have my normal Friday off day tomorrow so I am expecting to be good to go Saturday.  113 degrees tomorrow! Sheesh. Good thing I'm not running.

Holy crap that is hot. I have no idea how you guys train in that kind of weather. Very, very impressive.

Nice easy 10. I follow yours and Allisons blog and thing you guys are awesome. Keep up the great work!

Rachelle: Most of our training is done in the morning when it's more like 70 degrees lately. I do my easy shakeout runs in the afternoon though and it has been close to 110 a couple times. Since it's so dry here it hasn't been too bad yet. July and August are pretty bad at all times because of the higher humidity.

Wow running 110 degrees has got to be comparable to running straight uphill or something. :) That is awesome!

I was in Gilbert in February and ran on the canal trail. There are tons of places to run there and I loved it. Hopefully I will be back next winter when it is freezing in UT and perfect weather there.
