10.35 miles w/brisk 4 mile warmup (6:35sh pace) then continued on with a six mile MP run. Splits were 5:45, 5:44, 5:39,5:44, 5:42. Overall slightly fast.I was excited for this run to see how that pace would feel. It was harder than I wanted but it wasn't so hard that I'm discouraged. I guess I would call it comfortably hard. I finished with a .35 slow jog back to the house. My legs felt pretty good and I'm starting to feel that fresh feeling I'm looking for. |
