AM: Treadmill Hills 10 mi No hills by my house so I warmed up 4 miles outside including drills and strides and then got on the treadmill. I did 4 x 5 min at 10.3 mph and a 3.0 incline w/3 min jogs in between. Good solid workout. 10kish effort. Cooled down 2 miles after.
PM: 4 miles easy at Freestone Park on the way home + 4 x 10 sec hill sprints up a short steep hill. |
