AM: 10 miles: Warmed up about 3.5 miles with drills and strides then did 8 x 800 w/2 min jogs in between. Splits were 2:30,2:29,2:29,2:29,2:29,2:29,2:29,2:30. Cooled down about 1.5 miles after. I'll take this one. I ran by myself but it was great to get out to the track with other people for the first time in a long while.

PM: 4 miles: The normal easy four on the way home from work at Freestone Park.  Felt way better than I was expecting.  I could feel that morning workout in my legs throughout the day.

Nice workouts the last couple days!

Thanks Jake. Since I changed my goal to run half as much as Jake I've been feeling better and things seem to be coming around. Luckily you run 130 miles a week so I've got some good mileage!

Thanks a great workout Derek, especially considering your two minutes of "rest" was a jog.
