8 miles with 4 miles warm up then straight into 10 x 1 min on/off with on at 5:25-5:30 pace and "off" around 7:30 pace. One last little workout before Sunday's half marathon. I'm feeling just okay going into the race and I'd be happy with anything under 1:15. It's hard to tell exactly where my fitness is at with the heat here in Arizona. |
