8 miles easy before the kids got up.

AM: 10 miles with 8 x 1/2 mile repeats w/2 min jogs. Averaged 2:37 and felt okay.

10 miles 7:24 pace.

Long run: 3 miles easy then straight into 3 x 3 mile repeats with a mile easy between each. Half marathon effort was target. 17:38, 17:30, 17:10 were the splits. It was tough by the end. Solid workout for me today. Legs were gone afterward.
